Profil des examens radiographiques speciaux conventionnels dans les services de radiologie du Chu de Lome : a propos de 249 cas

Abstract

Objective: To show the special exam contribution in the diagnostic
Methodology: It is about a retrospective study that was about the results of 249 special exams collected in the service of radiology of Teaching Hospital of Lomé of March 1st 2003 at March 1st, 2004.
Results: The age of our patients was to 0 at 80 years, and the mean values was located between 20 and 29 years, either 41.76%. The female sex predominates with 60.64% of our patients. The hysterosalpingography (42.17%) and the uretrocystography by retrograde way (17.26%) are the most realized exams. The organic obstructions of the fallopian duct was represented the dominant pathology in the hysterosalpingography whereas the shrinkage of the posterior urethra at the uretrocystography by retrograde way. A rate of concordance between the clinic and the radiological results clear itself of our survey in 64.65%.
Conclusion: the conventional special radiographic exams are of a fundamental importance in the diagnostic gait.

Méthodologie : Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective qui a porté sur les résultats de 249 examens spéciaux colligés dans le service de radiologie du CHU- Tokoin de Lomé du 1er mars 2003 au 1er mars 2004.
Résultats : L’âge de nos patients varie de 0 à 80 ans dont la tranche d’âge la plus touchée se situe entre 20 et 29 ans, soit 41,76%. Le sexe féminin prédomine avec 60,64% de nos patients.  L’hystérosalpingographie (42,17%) et l’urétrocystographie par voie rétrograde (17,26%) sont les examens les plus réalisés. Les obstructions tubaires organiques représentent la pathologie dominante
dans l’hystérosalpingographie alors que le rétrécissement de l’urètre postérieur vient en tête à l’urétrocystographie par voie rétrograde. Un taux de concordance entre la clinique et les résultats radiologiques se dégage de notre étude dans 64,65%.
Conclusion : les examens radiographiques spéciaux conventionnels sont d’une importance capitale dans la démarche diagnostique.
