Aims and Scope
The East African Journal of Science and Technology (EAJST) aims to promote rigorous and high-quality scholarly research that addresses contemporary environmental and technological challenges and supports evidence-based decision-making. The journal seeks to disseminate practical, innovative, and policy-relevant solutions that contribute to sustainable development at local, regional, and global levels. EAJST aims to foster integrated and multidisciplinary research in Environmental Sciences and Sustainable Development, with particular emphasis on climate change and resilience, environmental geography, ecology and biodiversity conservation, geology and geophysics, hydrogeology, geochemistry, mineralogy, and petrology. In addition, the journal aims to advance research in agriculture, land, and natural resource management, including soil health, sustainable and organic farming systems, climate-smart agriculture, agronomy, dairy and poultry production, water resources management, wastewater treatment, anaerobic digestion, and biogas technologies.
