Peer Review Process
First one or more members of the editorial committee read the paper, and if necessary recommends revision before the paper is sent to an outside reviewer. This reading is not blind. Reviewing is double blind. Usually there is one blind reviewer, occasionally two. The author is then invited to make more or less extensive corrections, or to rewrite and resubmit. If the paper is resubmitted and is still deemed inadequate it is rejected. The final decision is made by the editor-in-chief. Book reviews and research reports are not peer reviewed, but the editor(s) may reject them or suggest improvements.
1 volume per year, 2 issues per volume
