The Revue Africaine de Management enforces a rigorous, impartial double-blind peer-review policy. Author and reviewer identities remain strictly confidential. Following editorial pre-screening, anonymized manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent experts based on theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to management practices in Africa and beyond.
