Nutrition Science: Public health nutrition, functional foods, dietary assessment, and clinical nutrition. Environmental Sciences: Sustainable agriculture, climate-smart food production, food waste management, and life cycle assessment. Interdisciplinary Approaches: Food security, circular economy in food systems, and the sociocultural dimensions of food choices.
