Our scope includes: Food Innovation: Novel food processing techniques, smart packaging, food biotechnology, and sensory science. Nutrition Science: Public health nutrition, functional foods, dietary assessment, and clinical nutrition. Environmental Sciences: Sustainable agriculture, climate-smart food production, food waste management, and life cycle assessment.
