Peer review
The Journal of Food Innovations, Nutrition, and Environmental Sciences (JFINES) upholds a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and scholarly excellence. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous, eliminating bias and promoting an objective evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Each submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its suitability for the journal, followed by evaluation by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers assess manuscripts based on criteria such as research quality, methodological soundness, originality, and ethical compliance. Authors receive constructive feedback, with opportunities for revision where necessary. The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief, based on reviewers’ recommendations. JFINES adheres to strict confidentiality, conflict of interest policies, and ethical guidelines to ensure a transparent, fair, and high-quality peer review process.
