Kert Journal for Sharia, Legal, and Educational Studies (KJSLES) is a peer-reviewed quarterly academic journal published by the Kert Center for Studies and Research in both electronic and print formats. It publishes original scholarly research in the fields of Islamic studies, legal sciences, economics, intellectual thought, education, social sciences, and psychology, in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.

Access and Publication Policy
Open Access: The journal provides free, immediate, and permanent access to all published articles in accordance with the principles of Open Access and the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge.
No Publication Fees: The journal does not charge any submission, review, or publication fees (APCs). It operates as a non-profit academic journal dedicated exclusively to supporting scientific research and the dissemination of scholarly knowledge.
Peer Review and Confidentiality Policy
Double-Blind Peer Review: The journal applies a double-blind peer review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity.
Confidentiality of Manuscripts: All information related to submitted manuscripts is treated as strictly confidential and is accessible only to editors, reviewers, and the authors directly involved in the editorial process.
Protection of Personal Data: The personal data of authors, reviewers, and editorial board members are securely stored and used exclusively for editorial and publishing purposes.
Review Process: Each submission undergoes an initial screening by the Editorial Board to verify its compliance with the journal's editorial and scientific requirements before being assigned to specialized reviewers and, where appropriate, to the language review committee.
Review Timeline: The average peer review process takes between 15 and 30 days, depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the manuscript.
Editorial Decision: Authors are notified of the review results together with the reviewers' comments and recommendations. A publication certificate is issued upon the final acceptance of the manuscript.
A “Notes and Instructions” section shall be added to the Author Guidelines, containing the following paragraph:
The author(s) bear full responsibility for the originality and content of the research, as well as for any plagiarism, literary theft, or infringement of third-party intellectual property or copyright rights. The author(s) also declare that they have the right to publish the research and make it available electronically, and that the materials, data, images, tables, and quotations contained therein do not infringe the rights of any third party. The author(s) grant the journal the right to publish the research and make it available through its website and through the platforms, databases, and indexes with which the journal collaborates.
