The Editorial Board of the Kert Journal for Sharia, Legal, and Educational Studies (KJSLES) is pleased to present to its valued readers the seventh issue of the journal, which brings together a selection of peer-reviewed scholarly research. This issue reflects the journal’s commitment to engaging with contemporary intellectual, educational, social, and legal issues through a scholarly perspective that combines a firm grounding in established academic traditions with openness to transformations in knowledge and society.

This issue features studies addressing the relationship between Islam and philosophy in Moroccan thought, the integration of uṣūl al-fiqh and logic, and certain manifestations of popular religiosity and their psychological and social effects. It also includes an examination of the history of the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday (al-Mawlid al-Nabawi al-Sharif) in Morocco. In addition, the issue highlights transformations in educational practice in the context of digitalization, the role of artificial intelligence in reshaping pedagogical practices, and issues related to the Islamic Education curriculum and emerging pedagogical approaches. It further addresses risky road behaviors among adolescents in the school environment. The issue concludes with a study on local tax reform and the pursuit of territorial justice.

The Editorial Board hopes that this issue will constitute a rigorous scholarly contribution that enriches academic research and promotes intellectual and scholarly dialogue.
