Peer review
Manuscripts that fit the journal's scope are sent to at least five reviewers who may choose to complete the reviewer’s guidelines/form and/or use Microsoft Track Changes with annotated comments. Manuscripts for revisions are returned to the authors, and their responses may be further reviewed by the reviewers and editorial team. This process may continue until the editors are convinced that the manuscript has met the minimum quality requirements. The final decision on acceptance or rejection is made by the editorial team (editor-in-chief, editor, managing editor, associate editors), on the recommendation of the reviewers.
