Author fees
Submission Fee: $ 45 US
This fee is required at the time of manuscript submission to cover administrative costs associated with the initial review and processing of the manuscript.
Article Processing Fee (APC): $ 80 US
This fee applies upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication and covers the cost of peer review, editing, formatting, and open-access publication of the article.

Peer review
Uirtus operates a rigorous double-blind peer-review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. All submitted manuscripts first undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, ethical compliance, and general scholarly quality. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for evaluation. Reviewers assess the originality and significance of the work, theoretical and methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, quality of argumentation, ethical compliance, and adequacy of references. Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial team may accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject it. Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers where necessary, and the final publication decision rests with the editorial leadership.
