The journal adopts double-blind peer review system, whereby the author and reviewer shall not know each other. This is adopted for objectivity of the task aimed at, and promotes quality of the published papers. Each paper shall be reviewed by a minimum of two independent readers.
Open Access Policy:
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal publishes twice yearly.
